100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin and Stewart. Absent: Watkinson. In the audience were Julie Cook, Eric Ries, Superintendent Glenn, Midland School Board with their Superintendent, Doug Koerperich.
200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Carson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.
300: Discussion Topic
Discuss sharing agreement options.
900: Adjournment
MOTION by Carson to adjourn the meeting at 7:47 PM. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.
