100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 5:02 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Rundall, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson. Absent: Carson
200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Siglin to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.
600: New Business
601: Consider Granting Approval for Auditor of State Investigation
MOTION by Stewart to approve Superintendent Glenn’s request to engage the State Auditor’s office to conduct an investigation. Second by Watkinson. Roll call vote: Rundall, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.
900: Adjournment
MOTION by Stewart to adjourn the meeting at 5:03 PM. Second by Siglin. Voice voted, all ayes.
