The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 6:02 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Rundall, Siglin and Watkinson. Absent: Stewart
200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Carson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Siglin. Voice voted, all ayes.

Superintendent Glenn shared that we will be locking our exterior doors at 4:00PM starting on Monday October 27th. updates and discussion items from around the district. There will be communication notifications via email, text and facebook. Glenn also went over the certified enrollment numbers and the financial impact that will have on the district.
