100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 5:34 PM in the Media Center, 400 Barber Street, Central City. Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.
200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Stewart to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.
600: New Business
601: Closed Session (Superintendent Interviews)
MOTION by Maxwell to enter into closed session pursuant to Chapter 21.5i: To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that the individual requests a closed session. Second by Carson. Roll call vote: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.
MOTION by Watkinson to enter into open session. Second by Stewart. Roll call vote: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.
900: Adjournment
MOTION by Carson to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 PM. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.
