100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 7:33 AM in a virtual meeting at the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.
200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Stewart to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.
700: Personnel
MOTION by Watkinson to approve the Part Time Interim Superintendent, Amy Kortemeyer as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.
900: Adjournment
MOTION by Stewart to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 AM. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.
