100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Rundall, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Carson adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Siglin. Voice voted, all ayes.  

300: Discussion Topic
The Board discussed options for the upcoming Superintendent search including job description, responsibilities and sharing opportunities.

900: Adjournment
MOTION by Siglin to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 PM. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.
