100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 5:33 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Carson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.  

300: Discussion Topic
The board discussed the superintendent search and the staffing structure for 26-27 school year.

900: Adjournment
MOTION by Carson to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 PM. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.
