100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson. Absent: Rundall

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Watkinson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

300: Consent Agenda
MOTION by Stewart to approve the consent agenda as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

301: Approval of Minutes
302: Approval of Bills
303: Financial Reports

400: Audience Communications
Alex Hoffner spoke on behalf of the Fine Arts Boosters. Hoffner’s topics were about the importance of the risers and the fine arts programs budget.  

500: Old Business

501: Examine and settle books from the previous year  
MOTION by Watkinson to approve the settlement of the books from 2024-25 as presented. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.

600: Adjournment
MOTION by Carson to adjourn the meeting at 6:09 PM. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.
