100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 5:45 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin and Stewart.  Absent: Watkinson

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Carson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.  

700: Personnel
MOTION by Maxwell to approve the personnel requests as presented. Second by Stewart. Voice voted, all ayes.
