100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM in the Library of the Central City School District (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Stewart to adopt the agenda as presented with the walk in personnel items. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.  

300: Consent Agenda
MOTION by Carson to approve the consent agenda as presented. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

301: Approval of Minutes

500: Informational Reports, Discussions, and Presentations

501: Superintendent Report
Superintendent Glenn had Graven explain Chapter 12- Offer and Teach. Graven also shared the current district data. Glenn updated the board on the graduation requirements.  Superintendent discussed moving the 2027 graduation start time to 3:00 pm to allow Principal Ries to attend both Central City’s and his twin daughter’s graduation.

601: Receive Budget Estimate for 2026-2027 School Year & Set Hearing Dates & Times
MOTION by Stewart to publish the FY27 budget as presented and set the first FY27 budget hearing for March 25th at 6:00 PM and the 2nd FY27 budget hearing for April 22nd at 6:00 PM. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

602: Open Enrollment Requests
MOTION by Watkinson to approve the open enrollment requests as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.

603: Receive Fundraiser Requests
MOTION by Carson to approve the JH Boys Basketball, JH Baseball, Yearbook, Junior Class and Sophomore Class fundraiser requests as presented. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.    

604: Receive the Central City Course Description Guide
MOTION by Stewart to approve the Central City Course Description Guide for the 2026-2027 school year. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

605: Receive Property Damage Release from West Bend
MOTION by Watkinson to approve the Property Damage Release from West Bend Insurance in relation to the roof leak as presented. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.
