100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM via Zoom. Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.                          

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Watkinson to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Stewart.  Voice voted, all ayes.    

700: Personnel
MOTION by Stewart to approve the personnel requests as presented. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.
