100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum
The Central City Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 8:01 AM in a Virtual Zoom Meeting (400 Barber St, Central City). Roll was taken to determine a quorum. Present: Carson, Maxwell, Siglin, Stewart and Watkinson.  

200: Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Stewart to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

500: Informational Reports, Discussions, and Presentations

501: Superintendent Report
Superintendent Glenn shared an update on a possible sharing opportunity with East Buchanan for our SBO position.
The Board of Directors will meet in the Exempt session to consider district position negotiations as provided in Iowa Code 20.17(3).
MOTION by Carson go into exempt session. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  
MOTION by Stewart to come out of exempt session. Second by Maxwell. Voice voted, all ayes.

701: Approve the 2026-2027 Compensation Agreement Between Central City Education Association and Central City Board of Directors
MOTION by Stewart to approve the 2026-2027 compensation agreement between Central City Education Association and the Central City Board of Directors as presented. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

702: Approve the 2026-2027 Compensation for Administrative and Classified Staff  
MOTION by Stewart to approve the 2026-2027 compensation for Administrative and Classified Staff as presented. Second by Watkinson. Voice voted, all ayes.  

900: Adjournment
MOTION by Stewart to adjourn the meeting at 8:24 AM. Second by Carson. Voice voted, all ayes.
